Unlike traditional recruitment models, GEL Employment & Business Consulting aim to provide our clients with true value added service. We provide our clients with simple options which are not only more cost effective but better suited to their business needs.

Better still, on average our fees are 50% lower than regular recruitment firms. Clients can choose from three simple options.

Option 1: Agreed upfront fee

An agreed upfront fee, regardless of how much you remunerate your employee. You know how much the recruitment cost will be, and rather than offer meaningless replacement guarantees, GEL Employment & Business Consulting will refund you up to 50% of the fee if the employee does not meet the criteria specified in initial agreement.

Option 2: Retainer and hourly/daily rate

Why not let GEL Employment & Business Consulting become your personalized HR recruitment resource. We can provide an end to end recruitment function and take the hassle out of the recruitment process. Our complete recruitment service includes assessing your firms needs, establishing position descriptions, advert preparation, candidate search and screening, selection and short listing.

For this service we charge an agreed up front retainer and an ongoing hourly or daily rate.

Option 3: Contractor engagement fee

We have many very competent Accountants who only want to work part time or short term contracts. Under the traditional agency model these accountants are often priced out of our clients’ affordability due to the high margins the agencies charge. At GEL Employment & Business Consulting we do things differently.

We charge an introduction or engagement fee and the employee is paid directly by you. We charge you an agreed engagement fee for finding the candidate and we charge the candidate an introduction fee for finding them a role. You pay less and the candidate receives more, all in all a win win situation.
